I'm Helen, founder and chief problem solver at Heaven Sent Solutions.

I help purpose driven leaders turn vision into action.

Whether you lead a business, charity, ministry or educational organisation, my role is to bring clarity, structure and calm to the operational side of your work. I am a collaborator, trusted sounding board and ally in what can sometimes be a lonely leadership journey.

Many of the people I work with are passionate about what they do. They have a clear vision, a heart for making a difference and a growing list of ideas and responsibilities. What they often don't have, is enough time, capacity or operational support to hold everything together.

My background includes senior leadership roles within education and business, supporting organisational growth, new ventures and operational delivery.

Alongside years of practical experience, I hold qualifications in law, business leadership, education and training, psychology and ministry. This allows me to bring both strategic insight and practical know how to the organisations and leaders I support.
