I’m Helen, a Christian business owner who provides practical, steady support to purpose led leaders and organisations. I care deeply about the people I work with and the difference they are making, and my role is to bring clarity, structure and calm to the operational side of their work. I am a collaborator and will be an ally in the sometimes lonely walk of business.

I work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, charities and individuals, many in education, wellbeing, healthcare, coaching and ministry sectors. Often the vision is clear and the passion is strong, but the systems behind the scenes feel heavy or overwhelming. That is where I come in. I help you organise the moving parts, strengthen your foundations and create workable solutions that can evolve and level of support can adapt to your requirements.

My experience covers roles in senior leadership positions within education and business, strategy planning for grassroot ventures, international event planning, policies and procedures writing, fundraising, business impact and continuity planning, recruitment, website management and day to day business administration.

I also support people who are applying or re applying for Access to Work, guiding you through the process so it feels manageable and clear.

I have a particular heart for leaders who think differently and need to work in a flexible way, requiring, at times ‘outside the box’, yet realistic solutions.

With qualifications in law, business leadership, education, psychology and ministry, I bring both insight and practical know how. More than anything, I aim to be someone you can rely on. Steady. Professional. On your side.
