Oversaw the planning and execution of the inaugural event and subsequent annual events that saw fast boat vessels from around the world descend upon Southampton/Solent
Managed logistics, stakeholder engagement, and conference oversight
Ensured seamless delivery of annual conferences ensuring all details were overseen and executed

Established the event as a key industry networking platform for those in fast boat architecture and associated sector products.
Executed high-quality events that met industry and stakeholder expectations and came in on budget
Produced quality imagery for publications
Wrote copy for distribution
Assisted with effective social media coverage and advertisement
